DealerRadar.ca ("we", "us", "the Service") provides a search interface for aggregated used car listings sourced from publicly accessible Canadian dealership websites. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

You may use DealerRadar.ca for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Systematically scrape, crawl, or download bulk data from DealerRadar.ca
• Use automated tools to place unusual load on our servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Misrepresent the source of DealerRadar data or reproduce it commercially

DealerRadar.ca aggregates listing data from publicly available dealer websites. This data is collected automatically and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.

Listings may contain errors, outdated prices, or incorrect details due to delays in data collection or changes made by the dealer after we last scraped their inventory. Always verify listing details directly with the dealership before making any purchasing decision.

DealerRadar.ca is not a dealership, broker, or party to any vehicle transaction. We have no control over inventory availability, pricing, or dealer conduct.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Listing data is accurate or up-to-date
• Results will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by Quebec and Canadian law, DealerRadar.ca and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any data presented here.

This includes but is not limited to: losses resulting from vehicle purchases made based on DealerRadar data, missed deals, incorrect pricing information, or service downtime.

Dealer inventory data displayed on DealerRadar.ca is sourced from publicly accessible dealership websites and is considered public information. We believe our aggregation constitutes lawful use of publicly available data.

If you are a dealer and believe your data has been incorrectly represented, or if you wish to have your dealership's data removed from our index, please contact us at dealerradar@gmail.com with subject "Dealer Data Request". We will review and respond within 5 business days.

DealerRadar.ca is free to use and is supported by advertising. We display third-party ads through Google AdSense. Ads are clearly distinguishable from listing content, and DealerRadar is not responsible for the products, services, or websites promoted in them. Advertising cookies are used only with your consent — see our Privacy Policy.

The DealerRadar.ca name, logo, and original site content (design, copy, code) are the intellectual property of DealerRadar. Dealer listing data belongs to the respective dealers.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit DealerRadar's original content without written permission.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
